Joe Dillard, III, Ph.D.
Joe Dillard, III a native of Dallas, Texas is a recognized leader in owner represented management consulting in various segments of planning, design, strategic management, real estate development, construction, and asset management.
Dillard’s passion for community-based real estate development in the area of housing motivated him to advance and complete his studies as a lifelong learner towards a doctoral degree. Dillard intimately studied zoning’s impact on homeownership / housing opportunities.
Dillard as Owner & Founder of Dillard Management Solutions (DMS) has combined his foundational experiences with his passion to solve housing issues in the middle-income area. This passion aligned with Dillard’s experience as a program / project management professional and motivated him to expand his leadership focus to housing development needs in urban and suburban cities in Dallas County, TX as a real estate development and project management company.
Dillard has won the respect of individual land owners and organizational leaders alike looking to realize their visions to either grow their land assets or expand the communities around them via the building process. He is trusted with interpreting leadership vision and strategically moving organizations into a new life of organizational growth.
